1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.0 Monthly/Quarterly subscriptions

Once your subscription starts you can't get a refund for any payments you've already made. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, visit your user dashboard then cancel your subscription from the Stripe customer portal. You will have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

1.1 One-time purchase

Unfortunately, we can't refund you for one-time purchases items including, but not limited to Credits.

2. Terms

Customer can at anytime, request their data to be removed from SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

This agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of data generated by SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt).io's AI Writing and Resume Improvement Service (the "Service"). The Service allows job candidates to use AI to improve their resume, write a cover letter, and engage in other job search and career activities. This Agreement is made between SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt).io (the "Service Provider") and the user of the Service (the "User").

• Data Ownership: The User retains ownership of all data generated during the use of the Service, including text, audio, and video recordings.
• User Consent: The User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their data by the Service Provider. The User acknowledges that the data may be used for research and development purposes by the Service Provider.
• Data Use: The Service Provider may use the data generated by the User for research and development purposes, including the improvement of the Service. The Service Provider will not sell or license the data to any third party without the User's prior consent.

• Termination: The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Service. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
• Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the User's use of the Service.
• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Service Provider is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
